Pre-release. The App Store listing is not live yet, so any download button is clearly marked “coming soon.” The first release is planned for supported App Store regions except mainland China.
System requirements
- Apple silicon Mac with M1 or a newer M-series chip.
- macOS 26.4 or later. Intel and Rosetta builds are not provided.
- Apple Intelligence features additionally depend on Apple Intelligence being enabled and ready, and on the selected language and region.
- A camera and microphone are optional until you choose to record with them.

Camera or microphone blocked
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera or Microphone, allow SayTake, then return to the app. You can also record a silent, stage-only take after confirming.
Draft or export issue
Keep the original .saytake package. Do not edit its internal files. Include the app version, Mac model, macOS version, and the exact step that failed when contacting support.
Frequently asked questions
Does SayTake require an account or cloud upload?
No. V1 has no SayTake account, cloud sync, or business backend. Drafts and takes stay in the local project package unless you explicitly send scoped content to a custom model provider.
Can I use SayTake on an Intel Mac?
No. SayTake V1 is arm64-only for Apple silicon and requires macOS 26.4 or later.
What happens when Apple Intelligence is unavailable?
You can continue with a blank Scene, edit the stage manually, use the teleprompter, record, preview, and export. SayTake does not silently fall back to a third party.
Can I use my own OpenAI- or Anthropic-compatible API?
Pro users can explicitly configure and select a compatible endpoint. The API key is stored in macOS Keychain. Your provider’s terms, retention, pricing, and regional availability apply.
Does the teleprompter appear in the exported video?
No. Export includes the stage and, when enabled, the circular presenter view. Editor panels and the teleprompter are excluded.
Is there a watermark?
No. Free export is 720p/30fps without a watermark. The one-time Pro unlock enables up to 1080p/60fps and additional Pro features.
Where are my recordings?
Take media is stored inside the local SayTake project package. Use the app’s “Open Draft Folder” command instead of modifying package internals.
Will SayTake be available in mainland China?
The initial release will not be offered in the mainland China App Store. Availability elsewhere still depends on the App Store and Apple feature support in each region.

不需要。V1 没有 SayTake 账号、业务后端或云同步。草稿和 Take 默认保存在本地。
免费版有水印吗？
没有。免费版支持无水印 720p / 30fps；一次购买 Pro 后最高支持 1080p / 60fps，并解锁其他 Pro 能力。
可以使用自定义模型 API 吗？
Pro 用户可主动配置并选择 OpenAI 兼容或 Anthropic 兼容接口。API Key 只存于 macOS Keychain；第三方服务的费用、留存、条款和地区限制由对应提供商决定。
